Who is this for?

What if my app doesn’t fit a supported stack?
Message us with what you’re running. Most Docker-compatible stacks (Node.js, Python/Django, PHP/Laravel, Ruby on Rails, static sites, and more) are supported — if yours is unusual, we’ll tell you plainly whether it’s a fit.
What’s not included?
The underlying VPS/server cost, domains, licenses and third-party subscriptions are billed separately. We also don’t write or debug your application’s source code — we manage the server it runs on.

Do I need an in-house DevOps engineer?

Can I pay once instead of monthly?
Yes. Launch is a one-time setup from EGP 8,000 with no monthly fee. You can add Keep-alive later, from EGP 1,500 per month.

What are your support hours?
Support runs in business hours, Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 to 18:00 Cairo time, with response times set by your package. Emergency support is available at EGP 750 per hour, subject to availability.
